Real Estate Fund
Overview:
The investment objective of the Real Estate Fund is to provide investors with current income and the potential for capital appreciation by acquiring prime cash generating real estate assets that are backed by strong economic and real estate fundamentals, primarily in the Kingdom and other GCC countries.
Investment Strategy:
The Real Estate Fund will seek to invest in the following type of assets:
- stabilized warehouses and associated real estate space, including storage space, retail warehouse facilities, associated office space, or other logistics related property investments, or properties which are to be developed into such on a build-to-suit basis
- stabilized yielding short- and long-term residential rental properties
- education, hospitality and healthcare-related real estate assets, including medical offices and clinics
